Administrative Memorandum

In accordance with the instructions issued by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which emphasize the need to adopt a multifunctional professional card to enhance the digitization efforts of the education facility related to accessing higher education institutions, proving professional identity, and benefiting from administrative services associated with the position, as well as food services provided at the university services level.

Therefore, all school employees and teachers are requested to approach the Directorate of Personnel Affairs to complete the information on the professional card, taking into consideration all the necessary data.

The full responsibility for the implementation of these arrangements is required by no later than November 26, 2023.
