As part of strengthening university cooperation and enhancing the international openness of both institutions, an **academic and scientific partnership agreement** was signed on **December 18, 2025**, between the **School of Higher Commercial Studies of Algeria (HEC Alger)** and the **Higher School of Economic and Commercial Sciences of Tunisia**.<\/p>\n

This partnership aims to promote cooperation in the fields of **education and training**, **scientific research**, **innovation**, **digital transformation**, and **entrepreneurship**. It creates new opportunities for students and academics through enhanced **academic mobility**, the **exchange of expertise**, and participation in **joint scientific and research projects**.<\/p>\n

The agreement also supports the development of scientific research through the establishment of **cooperation networks**, **joint academic supervision**, and the exchange of **best academic and research practices**.<\/p>\n

Through this agreement, both institutions reaffirm their shared commitment to **academic excellence**, **inter-university cooperation**, and the strengthening of their **scientific visibility** at both regional and international levels.<\/p>\n

Due to her unavailability for professional reasons, the Director of the School, **Professor Kasmi Amel**, was represented by the **Vice Director for Academic Affairs, Professor Gachtouli Widad**, accompanied by a delegation from the School of Higher Commercial Studies. This representation reflects **institutional continuity** and a strong commitment to the implementation of the School\u2019s strategic vision.<\/p>\n
