Presentation of the training:
The manage department manages a 2nd and 3rd year cycle in three different specialities: finance and accounting, management and entrepreneurship and human resources management. The second year master’s course consists of two semesters which is entirely devoted to the elaboration of the final thesis of the master cycle, which is completed with a defense.
Through its team of highly qualified teacher-researchers, the management department guarantees studetns of EHEC Algiers a quality training, it sets itself the goal of training the elite of Algeria in management sciences. The department ensures that its students are given all the knowledge (theoretical foundations), know-how (technical skills) and behavioural skills (personal and professional attitude) necessary for success in the field of Management and Finance.
On the academic level, the management department open the doors to future researchers through its Doctoral Training offered internally (Governance, entrepreneurship, Accounting Standards and corporate auditing…) as well as the possibility to continue their doctoral studies in the various higher education institutions in Algeria in the field of management.

|Finance and Accounting||
The purpose of the finance specialization is to train young graduate executives in the fields of finance, banking, financial markets, strategic management of companies and management control.
The training is based on teaching units including lectures, tutorials, seminars, compulsory internships in companies and also gives rise to the preparation of a dissertation and the end of the course.

The training in management and entrepreneurship speciality aims to train young graduate executives in management and entrepreneurship. |Human Resources Management||
The aim of training human resources management is to train young qualified executives in the fields of human resources management, career management; recruitment, conflict management, social dialogue, staff motivation and involvement, communication, working conditions, etc.
The training is based on teaching units including lectures, tutorials, seminars, compulsory internships in companies and also gives rise to the preparation of a dissertation at the end of the course.
