Sub-directorate for teaching and continuous education
The directorate in charge of teaching, diplomas and continuous education is a pedagogical structure in charge:
- Of monitoring and evaluating the progress of courses and internships.
- Of ensuring that the training offers presented by the departments are consistent with the school’s development plan.
- Of ensuring compliance with the regulations in force concerning the enrolment, re-enrolment, testing; orientation and re-orientation of students.
- Of ensuring compliance with the regulations in force and the procedure for awarding diplomas.
- Of following the progress of the preparatory class training.
- Of cording with the pedagogical committees of the school or at the national level.
- Of ensuring the maintenance and updating of students’ name file.
- Of providing initial training for students of Higher Normal Schools (Ecoles Normales Superieurs).
- Of promoting continuous training, improvement and retraining activities for the benefit of managers in the socio-economic sectors.

Presentation of the departments
Department Preparatory Cycle
The preparatory cycle is the phase of the first cycle of training in management and commercial economics, which brings together fundamental teaching in different disciplines, intended for students in the 1st and 2nd years of the preparatory classes.
The preparatory cycle department trains students to pass the national competitive examination giving access to the second cycle of higher education.
Department Commercial Sciences
The Department of Commercial Sciences welcomes students from the various preparatory schools in the economic, commercial and management sciences, admitted through a competitive examination, after two years of training.
The department of the first year master of commercial sciences (common core) of the EHEC was created on July 14, 2013 by the ministerial order N° 486 of 14/07/2013 modifying and completing Order N° 37 of 22/02/2010 on the creation of the departments composing the school of higher commercial studies.
Department International Affairs
The main objective of the International Affairs Department of the school of higher commercial studies is to provide adequate training from a theoretical and practical point of view in order to base decisions specific to international economic activity.
The specialized master in international business aims to train cosmopolitan managers who have a deep understanding of three fundamental subjects:
- Globalization of markets
- The strategic challenges of internationalization
- Innovation and social development in the international arena
A team of experienced, multilingual teachers with diverse cultural backgrounds and extensive international experience teaches the courses. In collaboration with them, we will develop the skills students need to successfully pursue an international career in both industrialized and emerging countries.
The EHEC International Affairs Department was created in JULY 14, 2013 by the Ministerial Order N° 486 of 14/07/2013 modifying and completing Order N° 37 of 22/02/2010 creating the departments composing the school of higher commercial studies.
Department Marketing
The EHEC marketing department was created on July 14, 2013 by the ministerial order N° 37 of 22/02/2010 modifying and completing order N° N° 37 du 22/02/2010 on the creation of the department making up the School of Higher Commercial Studies.
The marketing department encompasses two specialities that have risen up the list of commercial sciences, namely:
- Marketing
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Perseverance, creativity, leadership, open-mindedness, cooperation, innovation and continuous improvement are all qualities that the EHEC marketing department seeks to pass on to its students and staff.
Department Management
The EHEC management department was created on July 14, 2013 by the ministerial order N° 486 of the 14/07/2013 modifying and completing order N°37 du 22/02/2010 concerning the creation of the departments composing the School of Higher Commercial Studies.
It manages three specialities of great importance which are: finance, Management and Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management. It guarantees students a quality of training thanks to the variety of modules provides, the skills of the teachers, and also the high level of administrative management.

Missions :
- Organiser et de suivre le déroulement des formations doctorales et de veiller a l’application de la réglementation en vigueur en la matière ;
- Participer à la promotion et a l’animation de la politique de recherche de l’école ;
- Suivre les activités de recherche des laboratoires et des unités de recherche avec les départements ;
- Mener toute action de valorisation des résultats de la recherche ;
- Collecter et de diffuser les informations sur les activités de recherche menées par l’école ;
- Assurer le suivi des programmes de formation, de perfectionnement et de recyclage des enseignants et de veiller à leur cohérence ;
- Assurer le suivi du fonctionnement du conseil scientifique de l’école et de coordonner l’action des comités scientifiques de département ;
- Initier des actions de promotion des échanges et de coopération avec d’autres établissements d’enseignement supérieur en matière d’enseignement et de recherche ;
- Répondre aux besoins des entreprises et des institutions nationales en matière de recherche scientifique et de développement technologique ;
- Encourager le développement de l’innovation et de l’entreprenariat.
Vision :
- Rapprochement des acteurs sociaux économiques pour la création ou l’intégration d’un écosystème via le partenariat, le développement technologique et l’innovation.
- Viser les secteurs stratégiques qui sont alignés à la politique de développement global du pays : L’agriculture, le tourisme et l’industrie, l’éducation, l’énergie, le développement durable et la sauvegarde des ressources hydriques.
- Rendre visible et Valoriser les produits de la recherche via le partenariat.
- Répondre aux besoins du secteur socioéconomique en problématisant les difficultés rencontrés par ses acteurs afin de trouver des solutions par la recherche scientifique.
- Formation de cadres chercheurs et professionnels hautement qualifiés (Docteur, Enseignant chercheur, Chercheur, professionnel).
- Améliorer la compétitivité et l’attractivité du produit scientifique.

The directorate of Information and communication systems of the external relations is responsible for:
- Promoting the school’s relationship with its socio-economic environment and initiate partnership programs.
- Initiating any action to promote inter-university exchanges and cooperation in the fields of teaching and research.
- Carrying out animation and communication actions.
- Organize and promote scientific events.
- To ensure the follow-up of the continuous education and retaining programs in line with the profile of the companies covered by the agreement.
- Keep school statistics.
- Provide students with all the information, they need to help them in their orientation.
