We are delighted to announce the official launch of the 5-Star Diploma, an excellence program designed to boost your skills and enhance your employability!

Each star represents a key milestone in building a well-rounded student profile—academically, professionally, and personally.

1. First Star: Academic Performance
   Be ranked among the top 10% of students in your specialty within your graduating class.
2. Second Star: Business Engagement
   Participate in real-world case studies within companies related to your field of study (certificate provided by the host organization).
3. Third Star: Development of Professional and Soft Skills
   Take training in foreign languages, acquire skills in specialized software or management tools. Participate in sports, cultural activities, or organize debates and conferences on social issues.
4. Fourth Star: Accredited Distance Learning or Mobility Program
   Enroll in and complete online courses or take part in a mobility program (Erasmus, MOOCs, or interregional exchanges).
5. Fifth Star: Social Involvement and Awareness
   Participate in social, charitable, or academic initiatives (hospital visits, supporting patients, etc.). Act as a tutor or mentor to other students. Serve as a student representative or member of an academic council.

How to apply?

• At the end of the program, the student will be evaluated on the 5 stages by a mixed panel composed of school members and representatives from the socio-economic world.
• To obtain this title, the student must submit a file containing at least one supporting document for each star.
• 5-star students will be awarded and will benefit from priority recruitment by HEC’s partner companies.
