Announcement of the opening of applications for the short-term mobility program abroad, for the 2025 fiscal year

The Deputy Directorate for Doctoral Training and Scientific Research announces the opening of applications for the Short-Term Mobility Program Abroad for the year 2025, through registration on the dedicated digital platform, during the period from 27/04/2025 to 06/05/2025.

Paper applications must be mandatory submitted to the Deputy Directorate for Doctoral Training and Scientific Research.
Required documents:

A handwritten request specifying the destination (host institution and country).

A comprehensive and detailed work plan outlining the objectives, methodology, and expected results, approved by the school’s scientific bodies (according to the attached model).
Additionally:

For assistant professors preparing a doctoral thesis:
-
Employment certificate, tenure decision, and certificate of regular enrollment in a doctoral program starting from the second year of registration.

For non-salaried PhD students:
-
Certificate of regular enrollment in a doctoral program from the second year onwards.

Certificate of non-affiliation with CNAS and CASNOS.

A copy of the international co-supervision agreement (if available).

For administrative and technical staff:

Proof of university degree + employment certificate with tenure decision.

Important Notes:
-
The deadline to complete the internship is set for 31/12/2025; no postponement will be accepted beyond this date.

The destination must be specified precisely; no changes will be allowed once the mobility grant is approved.

After completing the mobility program, the following documents must be submitted within a maximum of 15 days after returning from the internship:

An internship report signed and stamped by the host institution, detailing the objectives, achieved results, activities carried out, location, duration, and collaborators involved.

A copy of the passport showing entry and exit stamps from the Border Police (PAF).

A mobility decision document endorsed by the Border Police.

Beneficiaries who have not yet utilized their previous grants (2023 and 2024) will not be eligible to apply until those mobilities have been completed.
