As part of the implementation of the annual program (2024-2025) related to scientific, cultural, and sports activities, developed by the Directorate of Student Life in coordination with the National Office of University Services, and on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Independence, I am honored to invite you to participate in the 9th edition of the National University Short Film Festival – Arabic Edition, under the slogan: “Cinema: The Language of Unity, and the Festival: A Symbol of Freedom”.

This event will be organized by the Directorate of University Services of Batna Bouakal from February 11 to 15, 2025.
