Announcement

Based on Joint Ministerial Instruction No. 10 dated 14/10/2024, concerning the implementation of certain provisions of the joint ministerial order dated 24 August 2023, which defines the procedures for validating periods of national service, retention beyond the legal duration of national service, and recall within the framework of mobilization.

The school administration requests that all employees (teachers, administrative staff, technicians, service agents, and contractors) who have completed their national service duty, or those who have been recalled as part of mobilization, approach the Deputy Directorate of Human Resources, Training, and Cultural and Sports Activities to submit their files proving periods of national service as soon as possible, accompanied by the following mandatory documents:

  • Written application
  • Extract from the notification of discharge from the ranks of the People’s National Army, or final termination of service in the ranks of the People’s National Army, or a copy proving the period of recall as part of mobilization.
  • Certificate of non-receipt of a military pension issued by the Regional Fund for Military Retirees (for those who were retained or recalled within the framework of mobilization).
